Technical Support Engineer
We are currently searching for a friendly and positive Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bucharest, Romania.
At PHOTOMATE we are a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.
As our Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing HW/SW support to our customers, installers and distributors. Your main duties will include handling service requests, troubleshooting product issues, facilitating warranty issues, provide technical trainings and offering technical details to support sales. You should be patient, be able to communicate effectively in English (must have min. B2) and have love for manuals and guides.
Additionally, proficiency in MS 365, knowledge of PV Syst, SCADA, inverter technology and their operation, Certificate ANRE IIA and IIB, willingness to travel to project locations within Romania and positive attitude towards customers.
At least 2 years of experience in PV field.
